Full preparation day, climbing gear fitting.

Fly to Lukla
Scenic flight to the gateway of the Khumbu.
Day 4-8
Trek to Mera Base Camp via Hinku Valley
Trek through remote Hinku Valley wilderness.
Day 9-11
Acclimatization and Training
Rest and climbing skills training at base camp.
Day 12
Summit Day
Pre-dawn summit attempt, return to high camp.
Day 13-15
Return Trek
Descend back to Lukla.
Day 16
Fly to Kathmandu - Departure
Morning flight back to Kathmandu, departure.
